3rd Quarter Reports Review Period Ends December 14, 2025!

WCCEAL Members:

The Reports Review period ends December 14, 2025. In order for your facility to continue as or become Gold Members, you must review the new 2025 3rd Quarter QI variable reports by December 14, 2025. Current Gold Members that do not complete this before the end of the reports review period, will not be listed as Gold Members on the public membership list which will go live on December 19, 2025. Please see below for instructions on how to access the reports.

To review the Quality Improvement Variables reports:

• Log in at https://qid.wisc.edu/login/index.php
• Click the eQuality Tab
• Click the QI Variables Tab
• Scroll down to quality improvement variables reports – there will be a large teal arrow that says “new quarter available”
• Click both reports located Quality Improvement Variables Reports
  • “QI Variables Quarterly Summary”
  • “QI Variables Trend Report”
