WCCEAL Members: Time to Administer the Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey

WCCEAL Members:

The 2026 1st Quarter Quality Improvement Variables submission period is OPEN and closes April 15th. Please make sure to get your QI Variable data submitted as soon as you can!

How to Submit the QI Variables:

• Click Here: https://qid.wisc.edu/login/index.php  and use your login credentials
• Click the EQUALITY Tab
• Click the QI VARIABLES Tab
• Click QI VARIABLES FORM gray button.

The Annual Resident Satisfaction Surveys are due this month. Please review the submission options and deadlines carefully:

Survey Return Options:

• Online Submission: Residents, helpers, or ALC staff can submit surveys online using the link in the instruction sheet. ALC staff may also use the “Submit Surveys for this ALC” button on the WCCEAL website. (Note: Online submissions will not appear immediately in the eQuality: WCCEAL system.)
  • Deadline: April 23, 2026
• Upload PDF Copies: Scanned PDF copies of surveys can uploaded be using the “Upload Survey PDFs for this ALC” button on the Satisfaction Survey Administration page. (This replaces the email return method used in previous years.)
  • Deadline: April 23, 2026
• Mail: Surveys can be returned via U.S. mail using preposted envelopes or bulk mail. Need preposted envelopes? Email Taylor with the quantity needed.

Important Reminder:

Communities can use a mix of return methods, but please do not submit multiple copies of the same survey (e.g., both a paper and an emailed version).
