WCCEAL Reminder – Reports Review Period Ends June 14!

WCCEAL Members,

The Reports Review period ends Sunday, June 14^th! To maintain or achieve Gold Member status, your facility must review the 2026 1^st Quarter QI variable reports and the 2026 Satisfaction Survey Reports by this deadline. Gold Members who do not complete this requirement will not be included on the public membership list when it goes live on July 1, 2026.

To review the satisfaction survey reports:

• Log in at https://qid.wisc.edu/login/index.php
• Click the eQuality Tab
• Click the Surveys Tab
• Click each of the three reports located under Satisfaction Survey Reports- there will be a large orange arrow that says “new year available”
  • “Satisfaction Survey Summaries” This is the data received for 2024. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can press the + sign next to comments to review any comments made by residents.
  • “Single Year Comparison Report” This report allows you to compare your answers to PEAL (WHCA/WiCAL’s members) and WCCEAL as a whole.
  • “Multi-Year Comparison Report” This report allows you to compare the answers over a period of years to see where you have improved or where improvement may be needed. To adjust the years shows, change the years next to “Report Period” at the top of the page.

To review the Quality Improvement Variables reports:

• Log in at https://qid.wisc.edu/login/index.php
• Click the eQuality Tab
• Click the QI Variables Tab
• Scroll down to quality improvement variables reports – there will be a large teal arrow that says “new quarter available”
• Click both reports located Quality Improvement Variables Reports
  • “QI Variables Quarterly Summary”
  • “QI Variables Trend Report”
